Iterate Change Process©
Iterate wraps its solutions in a unique and innovative change management process - The Iterative Change Process©. In addition to installation, The Iterative Change Process© is also used for process refinement and further development.
Iterate aims to apply the principal of compound growth – described by Einstein as ‘the eighth wonder of the world’– to business change. Compound interest is the application of a simple iterative process – adding a percentage of interest each time period to a previous balance, thereby growing the balance. What if sales revenue or profit growth could work just like compound interest?
Given below is an illustration of different Compound Annual Growth Rates (CAGRs) at work. The table and graph shows the relative difference after 10 years of five businesses whose sales revenue has grown at different CAGRs.
